Base Camp: At Pathways Church, we believe that every believer can become a minister with a ministry that overflows out of their own relationship with God and spiritual growth.  At Base Camp, we equip the people of Pathways Church to discover their God-given S.H.A.P.E. and life calling to serve others.  We help people to write out a personal vision statement and an action plan for the development and implementation of their ministry skills.  Our goal is for each member at Pathways to be launched into an active ministry of compassion by participating on a team that seeks to respond to the cries of the poor and needy and the spiritually empty in Orange County and beyond.
